Melanie Fletcher
Mel is essentially on the “front lines” and helps get the title process started here at Two Lights. Acting as a liaison between lenders, agents, and parties to the contract to ensure necessary information is received for a successful closing.
Upon graduation from college Mel became involved in many facets of real estate, including holding my Maine real estate license and assisting in managing a successful construction business for almost a decade. In addition to my roles in real estate, she managed to juggle owning a home daycare business prior to starting my career here.
Mel considers being a mom my greatest accomplishment and outside of work she enjoys golfing, playing flag football and other co-ed adult sports leagues, dining at some of the greatest restaurants here in Maine, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
